On September 11, 1994, Frank Eugene Corder stole a Cessna plane, flew it to Washington DC, and crashed it 2 stories below the bedroom that Bill and Hillary Clinton slept in. That date seems juuuuust a bit coincidental, and many think there is far more to this story.
